Refund and Return Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or video).

The product must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind
Minor differences in design or finishing
Normal wear and tear
